CV Template Help And Troubleshooting
If you are having some issues getting your CV templates, setting them up, saving your changes, accessing the Yacht CV Tool Kit, how to customize your CV template, or printing issues we have listed a few troubleshooting suggestions that may help solve the problem. When you purchased your template you should have received an email with your templates. If you did not receive check your spam and junk folders, or search email for super yacht resume email notifications. If you still did not receive send us a message below and we will resend.
Your Template download will be in a Zip folder. If downloading to your computer, just double click file to open.

Make sure you have downloaded the template and saved somewhere on your computer. Then open from there to start using.
Each download includes a Microsoft Word and a Apple Pages template version. You need to have a downloaded and licensed version of either Microsoft Word or Apple Pages to edit template and save changes. Pages is free and included with all Apple computers and devices. Microsoft Word needs to be a installed and paid version to edit template and save changes. Free or online versions will not work.

When you purchased your CV Template you were provided current access information in your confirmation email.
Go to the Yacht CV Tool Kit Page link in the email, and enter the current password given in the email. Make sure you enter exactly as listed, check that you do have all caps on, and there are no spaces. Copying and pasting usually works the best.

Once you access the Yacht CV Tool Kit there are template tutorial videos that show you how to customize your template, change colors, fonts, sections, add photos and make basic edits.

This is usually a printer setting. Check to make sure you are printing 8.5x11, and you have unchecked adding a border to your document. This fixes that issue 9 out of 10 times.
